Our Project Controls Portfolio Reporting dashboard provides valuable insights into project performance by using core business application API’s to consolidate data from multiple sources (not just Oracle Primavera). This fully automated end to end solution provides users with a full suite of portfolio level reports.

The architecture of this Software as a Service (SaaS) platform provides clients to report across all of their projects within Oracle Primavera and Aconex as well as other Common Data Environments (CDE) data sources. This service is always on and supported by HPS who add additional data sources and reports on a regular basis.

Project Controls Portfolio Reporting enables Oracle Primavera customers who want to report from one or multiple data sources. The portfolio dashboard shows the total of your portfolio, the current project stage as well as distribution by project type.

Design and Environment

Project Controls Portfolio Reporting is designed by HPS using the donor systems application programming interface (API’s) to get transactional data.

From here the data is combined and optimised before the reporting engine is used to run across this data store and produce the user defined reports.

Project Controls Portfolio Reporting provides customers with an integrated approach to project controls viewing and reporting on data sources such as Aconex, Unifier, OPC and P6 with the ability to add-in any other data source including MS-Excel or even other vendor SasS solutions.

Project Controls Portfolio Reporting has been developed by the HPS integration and reporting team and runs in Oracle’s secure Cloud Infrastructure thereby ensuring your valuable data is secure at all times.
